return policy​

Items eligible for return must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted within [3] days from the date of delivery.

  •  Please include your order number and a photograph of the received item in order for us to justify if its eligible for returns.
  • Items eligible for return must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • If you encounter malfunctions with items such as the Candle Warmer or any electrical related devices kindly record a video. This video will be instrumental for our Customer Service Manager to guide you through the steps on how to use the item or troubleshoot the issue, as needed. 
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return
